ABS, HIPS, PMMA Refrigerator Plate Production Process:
1. Feeding System
Raw materials, formula materials, etc. can be accurately measured by the weighing system and then enter the extruder, which has a high degree of automation and improves product quality stability.
2. Extrusion System
The use of energy-saving motors and ultra-high torque gearboxes, combined with the"Jinhailuo" high-efficiency screw designed by JWELL independent patent, significantly improves the energy efficiency ratio of the extruder. Large filter area, hydraulic screen change without stopping. The die opening and flow rate are adjustable, and the die width can also be adjusted online.
3. Calender Roller Device
Vertical three-roller calender, easy to operate. The mirror surface roller, with special internal spiral cross-flow channel design, has good heat exchange efficiency, and the temperature difference of the roller surface is ≤±1℃, which provides stable shaping and cooling capacity for large output extrusion.
4. Online Auxiliary Device
Equipped with recycling system of online trimming and shredding to reduce material pollution and improve recycling efficiency. Optional online thickness gauge can record and feedback product thickness in real time. Another high-power online corona system (dyne value 42).
5. Automatic Stacking Device
Equipped with a multifunctional manipulator, it can realize the translation, flipping, stacking and conveying of one or two boards.
6. Electrical Control System
The whole line is controlled by PLC system, which can monitor and record the operation of the equipment in real time, diagnose and debug programs remotely, and connect to the MES system.

HIPS Electronic Carrier Tape Sheet Production Line
The electronic carrier tape sheet is mainly made of HIPS through the extrusion production line and then cut into strips for thermal forming to make the electronic tape carrier. Compared with the particle machine forming method, due to the use of metering pump and three roller extrusion, the thickness uniformity of the sheet is easily to be controlled, making the thickness uniformity of the tape carrier better.
