PLA Degradable Sheet Extrusion Line
PLA is a polymer material prepared by polymerization of lactic acid or lactide, a dimer of lactic acid. Lactic acid is usually fermented from corn starch or sugarcane. At present, there are also some studies trying to prepare lactic acid from cheap cash crops such as cassava and sugar beet.
PLA sheet is biodegradable, with high surface gloss, high transparency, comfortable tactile sensation, bacteria resistance, flame retardancy and UV resistance. PLA sheet can be used for hard packaging of fruits, vegetables and food, and also for packaging of other living goods. After thermoforming, PLA extruded sheet has been applied in packaging of fresh food, salad, food and so on. At present, it has occupied a certain market share in Europe, Japan and China.

PET, PLA Foam Sheet Extrusion Line
PET, PLA sheet foam production line, widely used in building insulation, sandwich structure material core material, sports instruments, fan blades, ships, aerospace, plastic, printing, packaging and other fields. PET foam molding has the following advantages: good barrier properties to oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapor, excellent wear resistance and surface retardation; good thermal stability, its maximum working temperature is about 200 degrees.
PP foam sheet is mainly used in folders in the field of stationery, partitions in the field of packaging, etc., as well as shading panels, sound insulation panels, luggage racks, interior trim parts, covers, boxes, etc. in the field of automotive interiors.

PET, PLA, PP Sheet Production Process
Feeding System:
The raw materials, formula materials, etc. can be accurately measured by the weighing system and then enter the extruder. The degree of automation is high, and the stability of product quality is improved.
Extrusion System:
The use of energy-saving motors and ultra-high torque gearboxes, combined with the "Jinhailuo" high-efficiency screw designed by Jwell's independent patent, significantly improves the energy efficiency ratio of the extruder. Large filter area, hydraulic screen change without stopping. The die opening and flow rate are adjustable, and the die width can also be adjusted online.
Foaming Device:
Using carbon dioxide physical gas injection, environmental protection and no harm to the human body.
Calender Roller:
Helical and horizontal three-roller calender, easy to operate. The mirror surface roller, with special internal spiral cross-flow channel design, has good heat exchange efficiency, and the temperature difference of the roller surface is ≤±1℃, which provides stable shaping and cooling capacity for large output extrusion.
Auto Winder:
The automatic integration of winding and cutting transverse tension control, with high precision pulse meter.
Electrical Control System:
The whole line is controlled by PLC system, which can monitor and record the operation of the equipment in real time, diagnose and debug programs remotely, and connect to the MES system.
