1. Pelletizing Process
The quality control of the hollow building template board has high requirements on raw materials, and it is necessary to ensure that the additives and filling materials in the formulation system are evenly dispersed during the extrusion process. Jwell extruder independently developed a high-torque twin-screw high-output filling and modifying granulation equipment and one-step method to complete compounding and extrusion forming, Through the optimized design of the screw elements and combinations of the equipment, while adhering to economy, energy saving and environmental protection, it also ensures that the physical and chemical characteristics of high polymer materials are fully retained during the plasticizing process, so as to obtain board raw materials with stable quality.

2. Extrusion
Through continuous innovation and testing, we have launched a good quality plastic plate extrusion line — the PP building template extrusion line to produce two PP building templates with only one mold at the same time, which not only greatly improves the equipment capacity(900-1000 pcs per day), but also saves energy and ensures high-quality products. The PP hollow building formwork or template produced by our production line has the features of uniform thickness, strong hardness, corrosion resistance, high quality and recyclable using. The fire-proof layers on the surface of the PP building templates produced by our co-extrusion production line meet the requirements of different EUR grades such as VO, V1, V2 and so on.
The unique design of mold, calibration plate, cooling system, temperature system and vacuum system ensures high-speed extrusion, good wear resistance, shaping and easy operation.
Through the design of two-stage combined haul off unit, the smoothness of products can be effectively controlled, and the unqualified products produced by each start-up can be greatly reduced.
Special designed cutting device can minimize the rough edge of the PP building templates, automatic length counting cutting, easy operation based on computer control.

3. PP Profile Extrusion
PP profile is a newly designed polymer material which replace traditional wooden profile. By adopting special extrusion process, PP profile can meet the requirement of nail-holding ability. PP profile can be recycled used, and has the characteristic of water proofing, Mould proof, no deformation, etc. Different from the traditional wooden profile, PP construction board can be installed on PP profiles. The production for this profile is very simple by using single screw extruder or with co-extrusion.

4. Edging Cutting Process
After a certain period, PP construction building templates may have some shrinking. Therefore need to do the precise edge cutting, so that the diagonal catercorner, balance can meet the construction requirements. Edge cutting machine can be automatic: automatic board loading, and automatic stacking. After stacking, only use the forklift to move the boards away.
5. Waste Recycling and Crushing
PP construction board crusher and washing line is mainly used for crushing wide but thin plastic board products. It has a designed with main shaft and unique feeding hopper, which is easy to feed trays and wide plate products in. Wide products do not need to be cut, which spares the recycling process, saves energy, reduces labor intensity and cost and improves the efficiency of pulverization and recycling.
