Introduction of DYSSG Series Pipe Shredder and Crusher
Our DYSSG series shredder can be used for shredding HDPE, PP and PVC pipes with a Maximum diameter of 1600mm. Pipes with the length of 3000-6000mm can be directly shredded without pre-cut. The rotation speed of shredder is stable and slow. Pipes are put into the horizontal feeding trough, the feeding trough is automatically closed and the pipes are pushed to the main shaft and blades by hydraulic propulsion for shredding. The shredded material is sent into the crusher by a conveyor for secondary thin crushing until getting the required flake size.
The main advantage of the DYSSG series shredders is that it saves a lot of labor of cutting pipes and sawing waste. The shredder is energy saving, low consumption, safety and high efficient. The whole system is controlled by the PLC centralized control system.

Introduction of DYSSZ Series Heavy Single Shaft Shredder
DYSSZ series heavy single shaft shredder can shred waste plastic which is hard to shredding with high capacity.
