Introduction of TPU Film Extrusion Line
This TPU film production line adopts high-speed extrusion technology, casting and calendering forming, which guarantee good cooling effect and stable film quality. The thickness rage of the TPU film is from 0.01-2.0 mm, the width is from 1000mm-3000 mm. Our TPU film extrusion line is suitable for various transparent film with different color, frosting, fog surface and multi-layer composite film. During the whole TPU film extrusion process, temperature control is very important and directly affects the thickness and surface of the final film.

TPU casting composite film is a new kind of composite material that TPU film is laminated on other materials, which is widely used in various composite materials such as clothing, sports fitness equipment, inflatable toys, etc.
Our production line adopts high-efficient one-step casting and laminating technology with features of easy operation, high speed and energy saving. It also could support single-sided or double-sided online lamination, replacing the traditional off-line two-step and three-step lamination, reducing much production cost and factory space, improving production efficiency and product quality at the same time.

Introduction of TPU High&Low Temperature and Elastic Film Extrusion Line
TPU high and low temperature film, due to its soft, skin-friendly, high elasticity, three-dimensional sense, easy to use and other characteristics, is widely used in footwear, clothing, luggage, waterproof zipper and other textile fabrics, such as: sports footwear industry vamp, shoe tongue label, trademark and decorative accessories, luggage strap, reflective safety label, LOGO and so on.
This production line is equipped with two or three slave extruders and special designed die head. The die head adopts thermal insulation technology so that each layer temperature could be independently controlled well. The full TPU film production line also adopts precise temperature control system and smart PLC control system to ensure good product quality and smooth production process.

Introduction of Medical TPU Film Extrusion Line
TPU material features excellent kink resistance, elasticity and flexibility. The internal pressure resistance is much higher than that of PVC, the transparency is better than that of PVC / EVA and TPO, high chemical resistance. Gamma ray and ETO can be used for sterilization, the drug adsorption is low and easy to bond. It is an ideal material for manufacturing a variety of medical equipment, including various infusion tubes, infusion tube drip, tooth socket sheet, implants and other short-term applications.
