What is HDPE Pipe Extrusion?
HDPE raw material particles are fed into the barrel of the extruder through a vacuum loader, and the raw materials are stirred with a single screw to reach a molten state for plasticization. During this process, a temperature control system is used to adjust the temperature. The plasticized raw materials are extruded into a rough shape through a pipe die mold, and then enter a vacuum cooling calibration tank to complete the final pipe shape. Then, through a traction machine, cut or wind according to a certain length, and finally packed into storage.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting of HDPE Pipe Production Lines
1. Ripples appear on the surface of the pipe
1)Insufficient cooling: increase the water intake of the fixed diameter sleeve or increase the spacing between the mouth mold and the fixed diameter sleeve.
2)Improper size of the sealing ring, causing vibration: vacuum box sealing ring size is too small, replace the seal circle or appropriately reduce the vacuum degree of the first vacuum box, and increase the vacuum degree of the second vacuum box.
2. There are pits on the inner surface
1)Impurities in raw materials: check the raw materials.
2)The inner wall between the mouth mold and the core mold is not cleaned thoroughly: cleaning the mouth mold and core mold.
3. Uneven surface of pipes
1)Wet raw materials: Drying of raw materials.
2)Uneven water volume in the fixed diameter sleeve: adjust the water volume in the fixed diameter sleeve or replace it.
4. The surface of the pipe is not shiny
