Extrusion System of Plastic Pipe Extruder


The extrusion system of a plastic pipe machine includes a barrel screw and a die. Plastic particles melt into a viscous state under a specific high temperature condition. The screw with a special structure is further plasticized and compressed, so that the molecular structure of the material is arranged more stably, and then uniformly and stably transported to the die.


(1) Screw-barrel: it is the most important part of the extruder, which is directly related to the application scope and production efficiency of the extruder. It is made of 38crmoal processed surface by nitriding double gold.


(2) Mold: the mold material is special mold steel, and the polymer plastic melt is stably transported to the molding machine in the best state through the specially designed runner structure for cooling and molding; The die is connected with the extruder by flanges and bolts, and the uniform and stable wall thickness of the pipe is realized by adjusting the clearance between the die and the core die.


Transmission System of Plastic Pipe Making Machine


The function of the transmission system is to drive the screw and supply the torque and rotation speed required by the screw in the extrusion process, usually consisting of a reduction motor, a reduction box and a coupling. Heating and Cooling Device of Plastic Pipe Extruder


Heating and cooling are necessary conditions for plastic extrusion.


(1) The energy-saving and efficient electric heating coil is adopted, and the heating is controlled by the temperature set by the PLC program, and the temperature is automatically kept at the set temperature.


(2) The cooling device is set to ensure that the plastic is in the temperature range required by the process, specifically to eliminate the excess heat generated by shearing friction when the screw rotates, so as to avoid plastic decomposition, scorching or shaping difficulty caused by excessive temperature.
