1. Composition of pipe extruder machine


The host of pipe extruder machine is plastic extruder, which consists of extrusion system, transmission system and heating and cooling system.


The extrusion system designed by the plastic pipe extrusion line factory includes screw, barrel, hopper, head and mold. The plastic raw material is plasticized into uniform melt through the extrusion system and is continuously extruded from the head by the screw under the pressure in this process to reach the inside of the pipe mold.


(1) Screw: it is the main and important part of the plastic extruder, which is directly related to the scope of application and productivity of the pipe extruder machine, made of high-strength corrosion-resistant alloy steel. Screw structure and technology level greatly affect the plasticization of polymer, which further determines the quality of plastic products.


(2) Barrel: it is a metal cylinder, generally made of heat-resistant, high strength, strong wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant alloy steel or composite steel tube lined with alloy steel. The barrel cooperates with the screw to realize the crushing, softening, melting, plasticizing, exhausting and compacting of the plastic, and continuously and evenly conveying the rubber to the molding system. The length of the barrel is generally 15 to 30 times of its diameter, so that the plastic can be fully heated and fully plasticized.


(3) Hopper: the bottom of the hopper is equipped with a cut-off device to adjust and cut off the material flow, and the side of the hopper is equipped with a sight hole and a calibrated measuring device.


2. The maintenance method of pipe extruder machine


(1) Plastic pipe extruder machine should be placed in a ventilated location to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor and prolong its service life; this machine should be well grounded.


(2) Check the tool screws regularly. After using the new machine for 1 hour, tighten the screws of the moving knife and fixed knife with tools to strengthen the fixity of the blade and the knife frame; the bearings should be added with lubricant regularly to ensure the lubrication between the bearings; in order to ensure the sharpness of the tool, the tool should be checked frequently to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by the blunt blade; check the belt regularly for looseness and tighten it in time.


(3) Restart. Before the second start, the remaining crushed material in the machine room should be removed to reduce the starting resistance. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly, and the ash outlet under the flange should be removed because the powder discharged from the crusher room enters the bearing shaft.


(4) Replacement of parts. When replacing the cutting tool, the gap between the moving tool and the fixed tool: 0.8MM for crusher above 20HP is preferable, 0.5MM for crusher below 20HP is preferable.
