How to Produce PVC and WPC Wall Panels?

PVC wall panels are mainly composed of PVC resin, calcium carbonate powder, chemical additives, etc. PVC wall panels are widely used as interior and exterior wall decoration materials, with various designs comparable to traditional wallpaper, while also having the advantages of wall protection panels. Currently, PVC wall panels are a new type of wall decoration material that replaces wall paint and wallpaper. PVC wall panels are a new type of wall decoration material that combines environmental protection, heat insulation, moisture resistance, insulation, fire resistance, sound insulation, fashion, and many other elements. The material is lightweight, easy to install, and can solve problems such as mold growth and easy cleaning of walls near the sea; it also meets the requirements of fire protection for engineering buildings.

The production process of a pvc wall panel extrusion machine is as follows:

① The first step: mixing. Mix PVC resin, calcium carbonate powder, and chemical additives evenly through a mixer.

② The second step: extrusion. The mixed raw materials are fed into the screw barrel of the PVC wall panel extrusion line through a screw feeder. The raw materials melt and undergo chemical reactions inside the screw barrel, and finally, they are extruded through a mold, sent into a vacuum shaping table, and then cooled and cut to make PVC panels.

③ The third step: laminating. Put the produced PVC panel on the laminating machine and paste different patterns and shapes on the surface of the board. Finally, finish the PVC wall panel. ④ The fourth step: crusher. The unqualified PVC panels produced during the production process are fed into the crusher and crushed into small pieces.

⑤ The fifth step: grinding machine. The block-shaped waste materials processed by the crusher are fed into the grinding machine and ground into powder, which can be fed back into the extruder for production, achieving recycling and cost reduction.

Currently, PVC wall panels have diverse shapes, are easy to install, and are widely used as interior wall decoration materials. However, PVC wall panels also have their drawbacks: gaps may appear after two panels are joined together, and the width of each panel is usually between 300-600mm, which is not suitable for use as large-scale materials.
