1. After the PVC raw material comes out of the mold, the color becomes yellow and soft. Possible reason: the screw mechanism does not match the raw material, which causes the PVC raw material to be over-melted. Solution: adjust the screw structure; or adjust the raw material ratio; or add some stabilizers. Try these methods repeatedly until the PVC pipe meets the requirements.
2. The production speeds of the four PVC pipes are very uneven. Possible reason: the screws on the PVC pipe mold are not tightened uniformly or the internal structure of the mold is unreasonable. Solution: adjust the screws on the PVC pipe mold or adjust the PVC pipe die core rod.
3. After the PVC pipe is produced, the cross-section of the pipe material is powdery. Possible reason: the vacuum on the shaping table is not sufficient, affecting the quality of the pipes. Solution: check whether the vacuum pump on the shaping table works properly and can provide sufficient vacuum.
4. After producing for some time, one of the PVC pipes is found to be bent. Possible reason: the raw material ratio is not suitable, or there is a problem with the vacuum on the shaping table. Solution: adjust the PVC pipe raw material ratio; check whether the vacuum pump on the pipe shaping table is running normally, and whether there is air leakage at the position where the pipe enters the vacuum box.
