Following its acquisition by Jwell Machinery Co., Ltd. in January 2024, Kautex Machinery Manufacturing Systems Ltd. has recently resumed normal operational activities and continues to implement its corporate development strategy. With its process philosophy, exceptional quality, and leadership support, it remains focused on the end plastic products of its customers.
Jwell's President, He Haichao, stated, “The Kautex brand, machines, and technology have a good image and reputation in the blow molding market. With a comprehensive strategy and skilled employees, Kautex continues to build its brand reputation as a quality production solution provider in the field of blow molding machinery. We will continue to implement this strategy and enrich it through strategic cooperation with Jwell.”
01 Normal Operating Mode
After completing all the necessary requirements for company registration, Kautex Mechanical Manufacturing Systems Ltd. has now resumed normal operating mode.
Following successful factory acceptance tests in Bonn, three blow molding machines have been transported from the production plant located in Bonn to the customers. The next three machines will be ready in the coming months. The management team has focused not only on machine delivery but also on sales and after-sales service during this period. Sales operations are back on track. End-to-end supply chain management is also functioning well.
Recently, the collaboration between the Kautex team and the Jwell team has been highlighted through joint visits to customers in Europe and Asia.

“After ensuring that we could maintain the established corporate strategy, I can conscientiously accept new challenges in my career. The management team we have built over the past few years represents the path we have taken, making Kautex Mechanical Manufacturing Group sustainable. The entry of strategic investors and the corresponding completion of the transformation is a very good timing for me, and now it is time to elevate the restructured and promising company to a new level,” said Thomas Hartkämper.
The Kautex Mechanical Manufacturing Systems family thanks Thomas for his unwavering dedication and hard work, and for his guidance, vision, and commitment to the team’s development over the past few years.
