2. Start-up: Press "Forced Start-up" first, then "Host Start-up" button, and then press the host speed-up button to slowly increase the speed to 5r/min and stop the acceleration. At this time, pay close attention to the change of host current, which usually changes normally between-5 and 5a. The torque of the screw cannot exceed the red line mark (the general torque is 50%~75%). Observe the operation of the main engine, turn the screw (turn counterclockwise to normal) and listen to the equipment for any abnormal sound. If there is any abnormal sound, handle it in time and start it up.
