Professional Welders Gather Together, Who is the Strongest?

To showcase the spirit and technical skills of JWELL employees, the first Welding Skills Competition of the 2023 JWELL Industrial Park officially kicked off this afternoon. The competition consists of two sections: theory examination and practical examination. A judging panel has been specifically set up to ensure fairness and impartiality.

The theory examination of the Welding Skills Competition focuses on aspects such as welding assembly specifications, welding operation skills, selection of welding process parameters, and also includes assessment of professional qualities such as safety and civilized construction.

In the competition, welding machines were loud, sparks flew, and sparks splattered as our contestants followed operational specifications, wearing protective masks and focusing attentively on their tasks.

From grinding the test pieces to assembly, and welding... every step was meticulous and carried out in an orderly manner! Everyone showcased their outstanding skills, completing four practical projects within 120 minutes, fully demonstrating the excellent technical skills and high professional demeanor of JWELL employees.

The competition results were judged by a panel of 6 professionals based on the principles of fairness, objectivity, and scientific evaluation. Eventually, the top three winners were selected from the 21 participating contestants.
