What is the inspection process of plastic extruder?

I. Key points of plastic extruder operation


When making different plastic products, the operation points of the extruder are different, but there are also its similarities. The following is a brief introduction to the extruder in the production of a variety of products, the same operating procedures and should pay attention to the main points of the plastic extruder operation.


1、Preparation work before driving


(1) The plastic used for extrusion molding. Raw materials should meet the required drying requirements, if necessary, need to do further drying. And the raw material will be sieved to remove lumps and mechanical impurities. You can also use high efficiency mixer equipment to mix and dry the material sufficiently to prepare the machine for start-up.


(2) Check whether the water, electricity and gas systems in the extruder are normal, ensure that the water and gas lines are smooth and do not leak, whether the electrical system is normal, whether the heating system, temperature control and various instruments work reliably; test run the auxiliary machine at low speed and observe whether the equipment is running normally; start the vacuum pump on the shaping table and observe whether the work is normal; add oil and lubrication to various equipment lubrication parts. If a fault is found, remove it in time.


(3) Install the extruder's die and sizing set. According to the material and size of the product, choose the specifications of the machine head. Assemble it according to the following order.


2、Drive


(1) After the temperature of the plastic extrusion equipment for sale reaches the set value, you can drive the machine. Before driving, you should tighten the die and extruder flange bolts once more to eliminate the difference between the bolts and the thermal expansion of the head, and the order of tightening the die bolts is to tighten them diagonally with even force. When tightening the flange nut, require the same tightness all around, otherwise the material will run.


(2) drive, first press the "ready to drive" button, then connect the "drive" button, then slowly rotate the screw speed adjustment knob, screw speed slow start. Then gradually speed up again, while adding a small amount of material. Pay close attention to the mainframe ammeter and all kinds of indicators when adding material. The screw torque must not exceed the red mark. Before the plastic products are extruded, no one should stand directly in front of the mould to maintain a safe operating distance to prevent injury accidents due to bolts pulling off or due to dampness of the raw material and release of bubbles.


(3) When the mouth die is evenly discharged and the plasticisation is good, the mould can be shaped. Judgement of the degree of plasticisation needs to be based on experience, generally according to the appearance of the extruded material to judge, that is, the surface is glossy, no impurities, no foam, scorched material and discolouration, the extruded material will be squeezed by hand to a certain extent without burrs, cracks, a certain degree of elasticity, at this time, it means that the material is well plasticised. If the plasticization is not good, you can adjust the screw speed, barrel and head temperature, until the requirements.


(4) In the extrusion line process, all kinds of process parameters should be checked regularly according to the process requirements to see if they are normal. Check the quality of profile products according to the quality inspection standard and take measures to solve the problems in time.


II. Checking process of plastic extruder


(1) Check whether all the standard parts have been tightened.


(2) Check that all lubrication points are equipped with sufficient grease or lubricating grease.


(3) The oil pool or reducer should first be cleaned up and checked to see if there is any dirt, metal material chips, etc. falling into the pool or box, and then introduced into the pool or box in accordance with the specified grease type or total.


(4) plastic extruder transmission device selection of gasoline pump to carry out mandatory lubrication, should check the rotation of the gasoline pump is not in line with the requirements of the provisions, the oil working pressure and circulation system is not excellent.


(5) check the main motor and mechanical pump motor rotation orientation is appropriate.


(6) Check whether the anxiety level of each v-belt is consistent.


(7) Check whether the adjusting nut part of the clutch is suitable, and whether the opening and closing of the clutch and the control are convenient. If the pneumatic clutch is applied, the standard air pressure of the pneumatic valve, the air supply and the standard air pressure of the relief pressure according to the regulator should be checked to see if they meet the requirements.


(8) Check whether the sealing condition of the water pipe, gas valve and vacuum system is excellent, and whether the gate valve opening and closing is convenient and reliable.


(9) Check whether the grounding device of all electrical equipment of machinery and equipment is excellent.
